Born and raised in Star Valley, Wyoming, Dan Hoopes has called St. George home for over 30 years. He's been involved in construction for decades and holds a General Contractor's license in the state of Utah.
Over the course of his career, Dan has participated in building nearly 500 homes, ranging from starter homes to million-dollar custom properties, along with small commercial projects. That breadth of experience means he understands construction at every level and every budget.
Dan runs every project the same way: he's on site regularly, he manages the subcontractors directly, and he keeps homeowners informed about what's happening and what's coming next. No middlemen, no runaround.
Dan is married to LeAnne Searle Hoopes and has five children. When he's not on the job site, he's active in the St. George community and enjoys the outdoor lifestyle that southern Utah has to offer.
