About This Project

The Travis Home pairs a modern look with the kind of durable construction that holds up in southern Utah. Open living spaces, covered patios, and energy-efficient systems make it built for the climate.

Dan Hoopes worked with the Travis family to build a home that would look good and last. Contemporary finishes inside, practical construction outside, and a layout that makes sense for how families actually use their homes in the St. George area.
